Principal’s Update
Dear families,
I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new staff this term:
- Kath Chamberlain – Manager Corporate Services
- Hayden Viney – Education Assistant ES3
- Ruth Lambie – Education Assistant
On Monday, all staff met at Kings Park Education Centre for a whole day of Aboriginal Cultural Learning. Below are some photos of the day and I look forward to seeing staff implement their learnings and support students, with their families to further engage in their education.
Next week, we have our Parent Teacher IEP Meetings. Please follow the information below, if you have not already, to book your child’s IEP Meeting with their teacher and if you need any support with this please contact the school office on (08) 9391 4050. Our school will close on the 24th July 2024 at 12pm to support this to occur. No School Bus Services will be running for the PM service.
I look forward to an exciting term ahead.
Kind regards,
Natasha Naylor

In the Spotlight…….Mrs Chamberlain
Hello, my name is Kath Chamberlain, and I will be starting as the new Manager Corporate Services. A little about myself—I grew up in Lancashire, England, but emigrated with my family to Australia over 20 years ago, and love anything outdoors. In my previous role, I worked as a Business Support Officer and I'm very excited to bring my skills to Gwynne Park ESC. My personal interests include reading mystery novels, kayaking, baking, and taking my dogs Bruce and Mylaa for long walks. Feel free to reach out to me if you have questions. I'm happy to share more about my role and learn how I can best support you.
